Apple has finally seeded Mac OS X Lion on Mac App Store. The Operating System has been pushed in the form of an OTA update where you need to download 4GB of data seamlessly on your system. Don’t forget to backup all of your data through various different utilities available on Store and inbuilt ‘Time Machine’ application of Snow Leopard. Mac OS X Lion has been priced at $29.99. You should be on Mac OS X 10.6.8 (latest version) to get the update.
In addition to Mac OS X Lion, Apple also refreshed New Macbook Airs. As we reported earlier, Tech Specs of New Macbook Airs are now in reality and ready to be purchased from Apple Store. Our confusion about backlight keyboard has also been cleared. Backlight keyboard is now a part of New Macbook Airs. Once again, Apple has brought them back after a discontinuity for a limited time. Mac OS X Lion is a result of partial cross pollination between iOS and Mac OS X. It would be great to use best features of both the worlds.
